Mia Haber (Dharamveer), M.A. Spiritual Psychology, is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Pilates, Pre/Post Natal Instructor. Mia’s classes are joyful, fluid, invigorating, and deeply healing. For over a decade, she has been dedicated to sharing her uplifting insight, enthusiasm, and extensive kinesthetic and yogic expertise with students of all ages throughout the Greater New York and Los Angeles Metropolitan Areas. A professional dancer and educator, Mia’s love and study of alignment therapy, various forms of movement and healing modalities lead her to her inspiring teachers including Shiva Rea and Gurmukh Khalsa, with whom she has been honored to assist in facilitating workshops, cleanse programs, and teacher trainings at Kripalu, The Omega Institute, and Golden Bridge Yoga NYC.
