Description of Course

Vitality & Stress

A KRI Transformational Course

Kundalini Yoga prepares each one of us to be humans who act with undaunted spirit, exalted caliber and character, and the vitality to cross every crisis. We must cultivate the core skill for this coming age—recognizing stress in our self and others and the ability to transform it. This course is our chance to look closely at how we react to, cope with and master stress in our lives.

We will identify our stress personality.

We will build our core vitality, mental endurance and spiritual clarity.

We will explore the process, effects and downsides of too much stress.

We will identify strategies to cope with stress and mitigate its ill effects.

We may even come to love the times of challenge and crisis as we connect to the spiritual warrior in us that is a leader, a healer and a teacher. Finally, we will connect with others and identify how we can prepare our communities to excel under the transformations and upheavals of global change as we transition into the Aquarian Age.

Each of us must be experts in the conversation of stress and leaders in helping others find their inner vitality, mental endurance and spiritual reality. Each Transformation course is guided by a core affirmation that represents our consciousness and achievement. The affirmation for Vitality and Stress is:

“I cultivate my core vitality to honor and use the opportunities that come with each breath—to receive them as a gift. I recognize the value of my physical and energetic bodies and take steps to maintain them. I thrive under stress and challenge; I am a spiritual warrior who leads, uplifts and delivers effective decisions. I practice a lifestyle that incorporates continuous preventative habits for vitality and victory. I have the mental and spiritual endurance to cross every crisis and be a beacon to navigate and excel in the Aquarian Age.”

For nearly three decades, students in Los Angeles and from around the world have sought out her classes in Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and pre-and post-natal care. Tej Kaur Khalsa
Tej has been a student of Yogi Bhajan for over 30 years. She is the Custodian of the Archives of the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan, and a recognized authority on the teachings.
