SAT QI ANANDA

Sat Qi (chi) Ananda Yoga is the culmination of many years of study in both the martial arts and yoga. Each set or kriya brings the practitioner closer to their true identity and blissful living. Then the class moves into a series of martial art techniques designed to bring vibrance and stimulate the Qi (life-force) while building strength and flexibility throughout the body. The class finishes with meditation and deep relaxation.
